The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no tracking pixels or advertising scripts. There is no contact form. Nothing you do here is recorded or profiled by me.
The longer version below exists because "we collect nothing" deserves to be backed up with specifics, including the two places where a third party does see something.
What the site itself collects
Nothing. The pages are static — text, images, and a small amount of code that runs in your browser. There is no database behind them and no account to create.
Specifically, this site does not:
- set cookies of any kind, including "essential" ones;
- use Google Analytics or any other analytics service;
- load advertising, remarketing, or social media tracking pixels;
- store anything in your browser between visits;
- collect your name, email address, or any health information.
Two things I should be upfront about
Typefaces. The site loads its two fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, the same as any site using that service. Google's handling of that request is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.
Server logs. Whoever hosts this site keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, and which page was requested — as a routine part of running a web server. That is standard for all web hosting. I do not read those logs to track visitors, and they are not connected to anything else.
When you leave this site
The enrollment buttons and the patient portal link both take you to SigmaMD, the software the practice runs on. Once you land there, you are on their system: anything you type into an enrollment form or the portal is collected and stored by SigmaMD under their agreements with me and their own privacy policy.
The same goes for the Instagram and Facebook links in the footer, and for any other outside site linked from these pages. I have no control over what those companies collect, and this policy stops at the edge of hadianmedical.com.
If you email or call me
When you send an email or leave a voicemail, I have whatever you chose to tell me. I use it to answer you and to arrange care if you decide to join. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell, rent, or trade contact information to anyone, for any reason.
Please do not send detailed medical information by regular email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Once you are a member, the patient portal is the right place for anything clinical.
Children
This site is written for adults and collects nothing from anyone, including children. Membership for a patient under 18 is arranged by a parent or guardian.
This is not the HIPAA notice
This page covers the website only. How the practice handles your medical records — your rights to see them, correct them, and control who else sees them — is a separate document called the Notice of Privacy Practices. You will receive it when you enroll, and a copy is available at the office on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal. Prior versions are not archived publicly; ask me if you want to know what changed.
